yeah, same here Tuna. Trapt is one of the first bands I started listening to back in like 6th grade when I discovered music, so I have trouble disliking them now, even though they produce music of a genre I'm rather indifferent to. That being said, this album is a lot more streamlined than "Whose Going Home.." and plays much more like a Someone in Control pt 2. This is far from a bad thing, I just wish this album had come out half a decade ago when Trapt was still one of my favorite bands; I would have loved this album.

I agree with the fact that Get Up is too"teeny", the rest for me, is the best they have produced so far, theyre staying true to themselves and their fans (talking to you Linkin Park)...
Far from being a perfect album but at least their passionate in what they do!

so if i liked (and, at times, still like) their first 2 albums then i should like this one? cause i didn't care for the last one at all. or people can just give me shit for liking them at all. whatever works

If you like the FIRST album....the self-titled Trapt album with Headstrong on it...you will probably like this one. It's just not as dark as their previous work.

Dark? The last album pretty much boring, I only liked Forget About The Rain and Wherever She Goes, the rest, specially the three first songs, are dull as hell...
Theyre a mainstream rock band, they really dont show much progression in here but I just enjoy listening these songs...

I agree, this album is somehow, like the self-titled album. I like it a lot. Great review from someone that obviously really knows the band's work since years. Thumbs up.
