Never bothered listening to this. The few songs I heard from it sounded like Everything Went Numb Pt.2 not sure how this is a reason not to listen to it

great review, and i agree that somewhere in the between is more polished instrumentally than everything goes numb, but egn has some intangible, emotional vibe that i think sitb lacks

This is so brilliant. This isn't hardly ska, because every ska album besides EGN just pales in comparison. If you think of Reel Big Fish, The Toasters, The Bosstones etc. in the same group you will never want to listen to those bands ever. Streetlight throws the barriers that ska music seems to create out the fucking window. The production, lyrics, horns, songwriting in general are superb.
And what Blackbelt said, I'm hardly ever in a "Streetlight" mood, it's either a SitB, Keasbey or a EGN mood

bomb the music industry! and the arrogant sons of bitches are/were in the same league as streetlight imo

Love BTMI! but I'm gonna have to agree with bungy. This band is just in a complete league of their own.

I liked this better than Everything Went Numb. But then again I like Catch 22's Keasbey Nights better than both.

I rediscovered how much I really love Streetlight Manifesto this summer. Great music.

This band right here rules pretty hard and I dont even like ska that much.

This and BTMI! and ASOB shouldn't be considered ska because they're so far ahead of that shitshow. Sometimes I like this more than EGN, and I'm not ashamed.
