Really good review Nag. These guys are ok but since I don't really like most power metal anyway (and yes, I know they're different than most), I'm not gonna bother with this, especially since it's only good.

Meh, I like this a lot. But then again, Kamelot is my second favorite band and dig the direction they're taking.

...Aaaaand of course Khan remains to be an exceptional vocalist.

Khan is incredible. It's too bad that when I see Kamelot next week he won't be there on account of being sick.

I slightly disagree with the review, but well written nonetheless.

Personally I think its better than Ghost Opera. Nothing will beat The Black Halo though.

I do get your point about the band sounding a bit restrained. Too restrained sometimes.

The Great Pandemonium and The Zodiac slay.

I said that I own the trio (Karma, Epica and The Black Halo)..but I dunno anything about the rest. Do I miss something

You've pretty much covered the essentials there, though all their albums with Khan have something to enjoy.

Haha, if you left that part out I would have indeed stated that they're different.

I agree, Kamelot wouldn't be half as good without him. And that sucks, how dare they even perform without their most important member?

Thanks for the comments guys, appreciated as always.

Cuz they want moneyz???

They've brought some singer in to sit in for Khan, but obviously my enjoyment of the show will be lessened because of Khan's absence =(.

So fricking overrated.

You guys pretty much blow because this is like the greatest thing Kamelot has released.

Well, I like the style of music they played on The Fourth Legacy so I guess I could give them

another chance.

They kind of abandoned that pure power metal style after The Fourth Legacy and by the time The Black

Halo was released it was all but gone.

Obviously, but it's still a disgrace they dare to do so.

Somehow I predicted you would love this Poet, and I look forward to reading your counter-review (because I know you're going to write one).

The Great Pandemonium and the title track.

I know the feeling. I'm not spending as much time here as I used to as well (school's begun again, after all), but I try and drop in every now and then.

It's not even really that Jethro, I just have less time and I feel I'm getting less out of the site than I used to

It's a pretty obvious decision to replace Khan for the tour. It's only a little time away. Everything including promotion, backstage crew, supporting bands and of course sold tickets have been settled and it would be quite a blow to call everything off.
