this seems so out of character Jared, but also pretty ballsy/awesome. I haven't listened to it yet, but it's cool to see you taking a different stance, nice review!

things just got truthy

thanks, sea. It seems that people that weren't too impressed with his past work are really taking to this, so there's a chance you might really like it.

some excellent points for sure, but djohariah just rules sorry

nice stuff here dude.
par usual.
but still, like the ballsy stance.
even though I'm most likely to agree with this.

definitely getting that self-indulgent, over-the-top vibe from this, but weirdly enough I like this better than his previous work, which I thought was underwhelming for the most part : ( what's wrong with me?
I love the change of format.. I'm much more comfortable with less, longer songs, than a million 2-minute ones like some of his other LPs.

Yeah, that seems to be a common response for some people, eric, and one I can certainly understand. Glad you like it
|
| |
hmmm maybe I should give this a shot?

Yeah, pretty sure you might be in that group of people rom. It's still Stevens, but in a lot of ways it's vastly different from his other work, his voice included.

I'll put it on my list (I don't actually have a list I'm not sure why I say that) cause it does intrigue me a bit. Plus I never knew he had a song named Romulus, he gets so much credit for that.

this review actually had me worried :@

EP is brilliant. I rarely agree with Jared on anything so I don't have an issue with the rating.
