The guy who does most of the screams on this album is Drew Winters who used to be the frontman of CFTG which was composed of the members of With Passion.
So this album is pretty good on first listen, its somewhat claustrophobic and disjointed but I enjoy that.
However I will never listen the last song all the way through ever again.I can't believe it's 30 minutes long thats absolutely ridiculous.

AOTY for me, and in my opinion the last song is good for one listen once you've finished the entire album, to explain the whole story. Its clearly not a song you listen to over and over.

Pretty much BMTH, if you take a serious interest in the concept of the album (which I did before I wrote this review, it peaked my interest), then it really is an awesome way to sum up all of the interesting little story lines. But as you said, clearly not one that was intended to be listened over and over
