Hahaha, I'm gonna check out a couple of the live albums for sure, but I'm NOT reviewing them, who do you think I am, ReturntoRock?
And thanks to all those who kept reading and pos'ing these.

The Count Of Tuscany definitely has wankery. Fortunately the intro and outro are pretty much perfect. I agree completely with your summary and this is a good review. Really enjoyed reading this series of DT reviews.

I remember listening to The Shattered Fortress and not really understanding it, and then I went back and familiarized myself with the other four parts. I understood it much better the second time.
Also, The Count of Tuscany may be the best song they've ever done.

A Rite of Passage is really bad...repetitive, the wankery doesn't sound good and hence doesn't serve its intended thematic purpose (the mystery behind the subject of the song, hence an intentional lack of direction), and just generic.
The rest of the album is pretty good in general, though there's also quite some generic DT moments. The Shattered Fortress, personally, should have had more distinct spins on the old moments - change up the riffs some more, add slightly different vocal phrasings, etc.
I don't think the band is capable of coming up with much of anything new recently, but this is still their best since Train of Thought.

A Rite of Passage's chorus is excellent.

Even though I'd rank A Rite of Passage at about 5th on the album it's easily the one I've listened to the most.
