And I left out a bit about this being the greatest artistic achievement of all time

Honestly, this can get really boring at points, and frequently annoying ("and I need to book a flight tonight"). I've listened to it three times now and while it had some strong songs, there's a lot that doesn't seem to work. It bothers me how subtle certain sections are that should have been a lot more prominent. Also, I really wish Electricity continued as it began, with the operatic vocals.

9, 10, and 11 act as the strongest section of the album, and those three are thoroughly enjoyable, as are sone songs from the former half of the album, the first track in particular

Since I left you, I found the world so new! Sounds so endearing

Okay so I absolutely adore tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 18, but certain sections of these bother me, and there's a pretty huge gap between 11-18... Maybe I need to spend more time with them, idk. Like I said, I wish certain vocal parts were more prominent, such as the backing vocals in the first track and the opening vocals and music to the third track, etc.

If by swifness you mean its bad habit to toss certain more interesting sections aside quickly, then I agree. I just feel like this could have been so much better than it was. I'm so undecided on a rating, because sometimes I get frustrated that they compromise song structures for heavier use of electronics as they develop, and other times I put it on and think it's a consistent album that's deserving of a 4/5.
