I don't see how you consider this band to be terrible, especially when you have said metalcore bands as TDWP and AA. This instrumentally is a gem.

this is fairly good instrumentally. but i think the dude who does the vocals should fuckin shut the fuck up. I can't stand the fact that he literally has like one scream and it sucks and the singing and lyrics aren't very good either. that was the same problem as their last album so its pretty evident that the vocalists need to keep up with the rest of the band in terms of progression

I'm sorry, the vocals on this album just completely ruined it for me. Instrumentally, it's okay. nothing special. I actually got to play with these guys with my band and they were nothing special live either.

In my opinion, there is very little prog to this band. They are going after the common metalcore sound. I don't see how they are prog, personally.

But anyways, well written review, but your review also reminds me of why I don't consider myself a true metalhead anymore, because apparently that makes it so I'm not allowed to enjoy metalcore. Meh. But please, dont compare these guys to the devil wears prada. They're above that at least.

I really don't think you give enough credit to the instrumentals. They're better than most metalcore bands out there in that department. Hell, from an instrumental standpoint they're better than a lot of the GOOD metalcore bands. Just my opinion.
