gahhhh Sed Non Satiata's new s/t is gonna be dangerously close to a 4.5... at a 4 right now but I've been listening nonstop. so fucking graceful
and a surprisingly sweet local band, We Were Skeletons, are releasing a full length on Top Shelf (Defeater, My Heart To Joy, Pianos Become The Teeth, etc.) and as much as I expected to be underwhelmed and unimpressed as per usual with local bands it's really really great.

Oh I mean the Bruins were terrible this year, like the god-awful regular season, somehow skirting into the playoffs and then botching(historically) the 3-0 up on the best of 4 series(against Philly WTF?!?!?!) -- thats like Patriots going 18-1(or whatever) 2 years ago. Trust me -- WE KNOW.

HEY cut us some slack the Flyers just made that epic comeback, the Phillies are good for the first time in ages, the Sixers somehow got the #2 pick and the Eagles even though they're gonna suck so bad finally got rid of McNabb. We deserve to be happy for a little bit.
