i mean, it really does
Aside from the production, songwriting, chord progressions, vocals, and guitar playing...oh and the drumming...yea I guess it might.
Seriously it sounds totally different, as far as these guys go.

Production on this album is a real let down - vocals are way to high in the mix and the instrumentation packs no punch. I still dig it but can't help think that the songs havent really been done the justice they deserve.

Factory has to be one of my favorite songs of the year to date.

I don't not like this. Pretty chill to listen to at work but I need to really listen to it a few more times before I have a stronger opinion.

Quite a nice album. Usually a band goes to a major label turns to shit, however, the band sounds stronger then ever.

Am I the only one who finds this album poorly produced? All songs are boring ass hell, and I usually really like BOH.

factory is a great song, the album is well produced but it tends to be boring at times
however,it is still an enjoyable listen

This is worse than their other two. The songs have some AMAZINGLY catchy concepts but then almost none of them are fleshed out as well as songs on their previous albums were. A lot of these songs just feel like well-produced demos. Maybe they were rushed to get it out by the new label.

Two years later, this.

IMO, their best work. I love the older stuff, but this stuff is tight, cohesive, and really works together as a unit. A very solid release.

Most of this isn't too memorable but Laredo is a massive jam, indeed

Laredo rules! Evening Kitchen is pretty nice too. The rest is alright, just very forgettable and boring in places. Can't say I prefer this over the first two albums, but it's pretty chill to pop on in the background whilst working.
