This treads a fine line between being tastelessly over the top and hella fun

I'm not quite sold (yet) but it takes a strong stab at it... this isn't going to dethrone Shouso Strip any time soon, but it's growing on me

That's fair, tbh I think I like this more than most. Also minus one or two lives, nothing else is going to touch Shouso Strip.

Lol, well I hope I join you up there someday. Sputnik needs more Ringo fandom, anyway

I think my biggest complaint is the piano tone on this - I'd like it a whole lot more if she'd stuck with the sharp, acoustic sound from tracks like Honnō and Mayonaka wa Junketsu

Vogue may be my favourite opener of any of her albums lol, and I LOVE Shuukyou

I'd take any of her first 3 openers over it tbh, but it's a bop. This album has largely grown off me though :/

Yea its definitely not her best, but I still think it's a very high quality album. Tracks like the opener, Shun and Zero Chiten Kara make it all worth it for me. I love Togatta Teguchi too but it just sorta fizzles out at the end with another rap by Mummy D, just when it seems to be coming to a big climax
