Ignorant review of extremely naive proportions in regards to all that make this album what it was/is...bad bad bad...

First paragraph is completely unwarranted (and foul)
But at the time none of the musicians in this band were especially talented
Fieldy is great on bass, Jonathan (on this album at least) has a fantastic varied voice
Review does not sound like 1.5, album will always be great for me

Hey hey hey, I'm not jumping on any wagons, I just don't like their early stuff, around Issues/Untouchables (when they "sold out") they start getting into sensible songwriting, and it appeals more to my penis. And by penis, I naturally mean "ears"

wait, you actually think they got better? Kinda like Weezer keeps getting better.

You really need to drop the Mark Prindle wannabe tendencies that creep into your reviews. They just don't work.

"The songs get bogged down by very poor production"
This album and it's production like it or not changed music. I didn't mind Korn when i was younger and addmitedly i havn't listened to them in years but, this album was massive and changed alot. I'm not a big nu metal fan, but really look at what your saying before opening your mouth and letting your stomach rumble. If no one has guessed i didn't like this review.

Abomination.
An album which is laughable at most parts, with some decent riffs, 1-2 interesting ideas, and of course Daddy which is an average song, but with the rest of the album spent in repetitive riffs and gutter vocals screaming "fuck", "fucking fuck", "i hate you" etc, Korn is the album that gave birth to Nu Metal and almost murdered real Metal.

This review reads more like a 2.5 than a 1.5.
