This is something I'd love any day but the sining isn't my cup of tea. Did you ever check out Johnny Hollow? Now that is what im talking about, in terms of female vocalists.

Yeah, usually you're into this type of stuff but the vocals are different so that could be an issue.

I might buy this since the three songs on the blog were all pretty sweet. And if the band really does get all the money I'm basically convinced. Hopefully I'll pick it up soon, I'm pretty poor atm though...

There's more songs posted on their myspace ( www.myspace.com/theraak ). The album is a huge step for the band, and their recent live show only solidified the fact on how good they are; picking up comments like "better than Korn" (a show that happened a few weeks before). They keep it real and fresh. Good review.

"better than Korn" isn't hard to do... worse, is that they're not even similar (ha ha, look at me. I feel like EC now).

This band is amazing. Definitely one of my favorite bands from Alaska... Love the cd! (they are amazing live as well!)

I listened to "The Aftermath" and it was pretty fun, convinced me to check out the album. I can tell from now though that it won't have much longevity for me. I'll probably forget about it by the end of the year.
