Just finished this. The closest thing to liken it to is, indeed, the storm... I'm frankly blown away. It did nothing to me on my first approach, now I feel nearly euphoric.

nah this album definitely leaves a strong impression, especially after the first few listens
I highly recommend listening to a few other screamo classics like The Heat Death of the Universe or Some Blood, both by Off Minor, or Ten Grand's The Comprehensive List... or Gospel's The Moon Is A Dead World... the euphoria accompanied by them is much more lasting and rewarding than CTTS's.
