There aren't enough negative reviews on this site!!!! Those that like an album write a review for it, those that don't like an album keep quiet. So every album featured has seemingly glowing reviews. It's only right that someone who dislikes the album should be able to express their opinions in just the same way as one who likes the album. Of course, no one wants a rant, but for every rant there's a fanboy review so it evens itself out...

I think the writing style is meant to be a metaphor for the album. Quite artsy and bombastic but ultimately rather odd to listen to/read. I like it, it's original.
As for the actual 2 rating, I think it's a tad harsh but not far off the mark. Get Hangman's Hymn instead if you must.

There's no point in debating this hahahaha You love it or you hate it. And I've never liked these guys tbqh. I only enjoy Hangman's Hymn because it at least turns-down the symphonics and the riffs are a hell of alot better on that than any of their other releases.
