Looooved this album. Grown Ups are playing in Jersey this Thursday with Algernon Cadwallader, 1994!, and Prawn. Pisses me off so much, as I can't attend.

I like this okay, but I almost never listen to it anymore. I think I just prefer my emo to be free of pop-punk elements.

been listening to this pretty much non-stop since I reviewed it. came to the conclusion that "Three Day Weekend" is a pretty flawless emo song, rest of it complements it perfectly. plus, I have a weird thing for 4-song emo/screamo EPs for some reason.

Yeah, you also love the four-song Suis la Lune a lot. Length never really matters to me unless an album is wayyyyy too long. It does make it hard to justify 4.5's and 5's for albums that only have like 4 or 5 songs though, unless they're really long post rock or something.

usually I'd agree, that makes sense, idk something about a band's ability to make a 4 or 5 song creation feel complete and full says a lot about them... talking only about those genres though. I do enjoy some longer screamo/emo albums though

guys this is the best sing-along music EVER. not even kidding. I would 5 this, but it's not as good as my other 5's. But seriously, this, Frank Turner, and ummmm maybe 3eb and Gaslight Anthem and Minus the Bear for best sing-along songs.
