When you get used to it its amazing. But on the first few listens it sounds like a muddy 80’s mess. Makes me really grateful for the sequel

Nothing wrong with the production. I'm only hearing this for the first time tonight and hooked on first listen.

This sounds Symphony X-like to my ears.
Some balls behind the riffs, actually great vocals in the vein of Alder or Allen, keyboards used subtly for atmosphere instead of drowning the thing in melted cheese, solid hooks...
This is a "yep" for me.

Thanks for the rec. Just checked the t/t to their album, but I'm afraid it's not really my thing tbh.

Haha it's a bit too orchestra-heavy and joyful and the singer sounds a bit too much R.E.M. for my taste :[
