Does anyone else have a serious soft spot for Lugdunon? It's a simple enough song, but I was quite a bit mesmerized by it. It's the only track on the album so far that I felt the need to repeat. It might even make the album 3.5+ worthy for me.

Yeah, love this more than Slania. The instrumentals have gotten even better, with The Liminal Passage evoking Braveheart. Lugdunon is the best song they've put out since Your Gaulish War.

You're right about the instrumentals Balls, but I just don't know about the metal aspect of it. It generally feels weaker than Slania. This could simply be because I'm listening to a crappy MySpace stream though, I'll have to listen to a high quality copy soon. EDIT: And all of the versions I've found floating around in the interwebz are even worse quality (even the 82+mb one.) I'll go preorder the sucker, I'm willing to accept that this might be better than the first impression.
