This cd is much better than Ascendancy.

This album does have some really good songs on it but alot of them have kinda the same sounding riffs. And the solos seem much less well constructed than on Ascendancy. Heafys singing voice is alot weaker than on ascendancy aswell.

As far as raw metalcore goes, this cd rocks. When All Light Dies is one of my favorite metalcore songs ever

Shadows' rating is a little immature if you ask me.
Not as good as ascendancy, but far, far better than The Crusade.
