It is Inherit To The Gerneration Who Don't Read Lyrics. But qwe qwe, you like the reference to your town as of late? Do you live in the Shinjuku ward? Or one of the other 22? Check out Golden Gai and Shinjuku Gyoen for me, pweez.

@homewrecker: it has members of killie in it so it is an insta-win.

Holy god look at those & things go
|
| |
is this anything new?
if im going to check out any more emo its going to have to be a significant fresh take on the style.
|
| |
Not really, but it's a fantastic take on what it is, pure mid-90's emo. Not original though, not at all. Killie, one of the bands that fathers this band, is really original (odd vocals, strange album/song set ups, long, 19 minute tracks) and fucking amazing.
|
| |
yeah i got into killie a while ago, theyre p tight.
i might dl this, i love mid 90s emo but i just have a shit ton of it.
ive got hella emo in my collection and unless its something new its hard to get exicted about it cause i've heard it all before.
|
| |
Unless it's early loma prieta, where even though it's "new" it's not good at all.
But I'm a killie fanboy, so this might be more of a 3.5 for you.
|
| |
yeah, i really dont like any loma prieta that much. theyre okay, just not anything special.
sailboats>loma
their two songs are better than entire albums
|
| |
i know
|
| |
what do you have against those two songs on the demo john lol
|
| |
both are awesome methinks
reminds me of a sped up more discordant saetia for some reason
probably not a good comparison but w/e
|
| |
Almost anything is better than loma. Their early work is bad enough to engulf their progress still.
|
| |
Finally got around to this. Pretty awesome stuff.

Album Rating: 4.0
didnt realize this had a review. great album.
|
| |
sounds incredibly bland and boring to me idk
|
| |
There were two pages for this band, the review one being just "This Time We Will Not Promise...".
I asked in the meds thread to merge them together, but rated both before because I'm a fag like that = D
