@robertsona: must've.
@wizard: imagine the dillinger escape plan on meth. And then that meth addict had a baby with a meth addict, and that kid got addicted to crystal meth and went all charlie manson. do you like that scenario. if so, then yes, you would like it.

Okay so, Torture Garden is the real Naked City debut - the middle tracks on this album are taken directly from Torture Garden - Yatmasuka Eye, the vocalist, was not involved in the recording for the rest of the tracks. It is also worth noting that over half of this album are cover songs and simply reworked by John Zorn. Also a word of caution to those wanting to get into Zorn's other work: This album is elevator music compared to most of his catalogue.

Also: I've always heard of this album referred/filed as Artist: Naked City Album: John Zorn - but who really knows, I think it's interchangable.

It's something you'll either adore or despise.

meh not really; i'm in the middle grounds

Electric Masada - At the Mountains of Madness is my favorite out of what i've heard from Zorn.

Not the biggest Dillinger Escape Plan fan but this still sounds worth my time. Reading over this review again, I was actually in awe with how well you write. Wish I could write as non-structurally as you hahahahaha

I was sold on the crystal meth part because I love injecting that stuff into my penis.

London, Ontario....the land of bailouts, stinky Torontonians, and fucking petty, retarded politics.

@ wizard: Thank you, it kind of goes with the album, but I never liked the whole structured thing anyway. My eighth grade english teacher tells me that it's good that I go beyond the outline, and then I tell her to fuck off.

and yeah... have fun with that methintopenis type thing. I think that's how Lady Gaga got a vagina actually.
