1000 Mile Journey and Heard It All Before are my favorites. I love how the creepy riff in Heard It All Before just explodes into the heavy part and Chad's screaming at the end is superb. However, Dead Inside is growing on me a lot....its catchy, I like it. Its a good album closer.

Bass: It's a good ending no doubt, and a first for them as well. I just think it'd benefit from I don't know, more atmosphere maybe?

Yeah that is true. I wasnt expecting them to end this album with an acoustic song...they could have done more with it though. Its still better than 'We The People' off of The New Game....dear god that song is horrid.

It's a good listen, if you ever were a fan i'd throw it on for a spin. I initially 4'd this but the initial buzz wore off quickly.

good review, really enjoyed reading it.
Well, there are some thigns that I disagree on you with though, but they're all imo, so it's all good. First off, I dig Chad's vocals. Second - Out To Pasture is possibly the only song I don't like from here, it's kinda tedious imo ( and yes, I even like Scream With Me, cuz it's so catchy haha). Oh and of course I just like the album better overall :-).

Deviant, I couldnt agree more....(k)now F(orever) is one of the greatest songs ever. Everything about it is amazing and they couldnt have ended LD 50 better than that.
"The End of All Things..." is growing on me. Apart from a few tracks it bored me as an album but in light of listening to more Mudvayne since I heard this I decided to give it more of a chance. "Skrying" is such a good song.

Bass: When I first head The End....., it kinda surprised me, coming off the batshit insanity of L.D. 50 it seemed "normal" all most. But it quickly grew on me though, I ended up chucking it on for a blast last night. Production's solid as hell on it.
Inveigh: It's a good album but it still makes me long for the better days haha
