NOE pretty much sounds EXACTLY like Jay-Z. I'm having a hard time accepting its not him

NOE, sadly enough, is better than actual Jay-Z nowadays, he wasn't bad on Jim Jones album, and it sounds like he's improving.

3.5 sounds about right, but I'd give it a more positive slant than negative. As I said in my #MusicMondays review (http://www.urbaneapts.com/urbanereflections-blog/?p=2992), I like the fact that bluesy, subdued elements of hip-hop and rock are merged instead of the rebellious nature of the two genres. And aside from one song, all of em make sense....even the RZA song was as aggravating as its subject matter was. lol if you're pissed at your girl, the song should sound angry and disjointed, and that one did the job. One of the few albums that was experimental and actually good.

What You Do To Me is one of the best songs I've heard this year

Pretty bad review for what I think is an outstanding album and collaboration. Don't let the review turn you off, folks. This is a well done, catchy, entertaining album. While there are a few duds, they are made up for by the rest of the songs which are great.
