Yeah, you may not like it. Though the general averages for their album are good around here, many users tend to be hit or miss.
I'd go for Eluveitie. They have a great Dark Tranquillity style to their sound and use a large number of folk instruments in their songs.

Now I love that Dragonforce helped to bring power metal to somewhat of a popularity in Guitar Hero, but what makes me sad is that they are the only power metal band people end up listening to and they are far from being the best.
