groovy is definitely a great word to describe this album. Elephants is a favorite of mine.

Just ends up sounding like another Josh Homme band.

that's true, it could easily be a new QOTSA disc.

Except it's what Era Vulgaris and Lullabyes should have been. Grohl needs to be QOTSA's permanent/studio drummer and they need Oliveri and Lanegan back to put out another truly stellar record IMO.

yeah Strizz, that combo is unbeatable. Songs for the Deaf is a perfect example.

yeah i agree with strizz. the rhythm section here is so tight. if grohl became perm drummer for the queens that would be godly

He is quite an amazing drummer. This album would get a higher rating if it was more original and didnt seem so much like QOTSA

There is definitely no 'a' in definitely... and it definitely has four syllables as well.
But other than that and a few other spelling/grammar errors this isn't a bad review. This album is glorious.

My dad offered to take me to see these guys in February, apparently he knows the guy from Led Zeppelin.
Though something makes me doubt that's true the fact that he's willing to pay for me to go to a concert is wonderful, lol.
Probably won't go though, I don't even own this album so it seems stupid to go to their concert.

Um wrong they kick ass live, better than on the record

Yeah, I know, but there are a dozen other bands I'd prefer to go see over these guys, simply because I know the other bands better.

You're 14, so I'll cut you some slack, but this review could use some work. Track by tracks are lame, condense it down, and certain lines of your review definitely show your age and inexperience (ie: "David Grohl and Josh Homme have been friends forever" and "They played another song too, but I don't know what it's called."). The latter statement really sounded stupid. If you didn't know what else they played, than look it up, or, at the very least, don't mention it.
