@OceanofWisdom: if you look at MindTrain's ratings, he seems to be quite the prog lover. So I think this seems to be a particular exception to the norm, rather than pointing at a generalized hate of prog. Heck, he seems to enjoy technical wankery a bit more than me (in some cases anyway) due to his love of Dream Theater (which I dislike).

BTW, this album owns hard. Didn't expect to like it that much, but this deserves a 5 simply because of how high caliber the music is. A pity this band is largely unknown. Sputnikers do seem to be on top of things when it comes to metal.
