Not as good as the debut album, but it's definately amazing on it's own. My pics on this album would have to be Forest, Science, and Toxicity, but I still love the others.

a good album, but could've done better

I once saw this band live at a festival and they were simply atrocious...maybe it was the ol' heavy dutch green that had some side effects...but they played as if it was their first time playing together. afwul.

Toxicity is the most famous album of SOAD. Is a great album, but in my opinion is the worst of the three albums. =)
By the way, nice review man!

toxicity is one of the best albums ever, in my choice. But I think Aerials is a very, very, very, crappy song. The guitar part is very extremely easy. I think a little effort was used to make this song. I just don't know why people like this track so much, and I don't think anyone could tell me what an Aerial is, or why they made a whole song about one. What the f.uck, psycho is one of the best songs they have ever made.:smoke:

^ An aerial is a pattern or line in the sky made by a jet plane. Also, Aerials is a pretty good song, and Psycho is repetitive bordering on annoying. I don't know why you have completely different opinions of those two songs, but the only real saver in Psycho is that guitar solo at the end.

System of a Down is the kind of band I listen to when anger is my problem. It really helps to play this album really loud and maybe bang your head against the wall. I enjoyed this cd even though it got kinda boring after a while. I still break it out every once and a while and "shimmy shimmy shimmy through the break of dawn yeah!"

I used to be a huge fan of SOAD, until I saw them live. Wow. It was dissapointing. I have to say that John Dolmayan was very good, trying to keep Shavo and Daron on beat, but they just kept straying away from him...

and all the songs sound the same live, they dont ever change the sound of there guitar except on the cd really. it just got boring to me.

ive been a huge soad fan for about 2 years if you ask me i think that all the 3 cds had their own sond and they werent really the same but steal this album is the most diverse in sound and is my favorite then system of a down and toxicity had to be my least favorite but had one of my favorite songs forrest. but i think you have to listen to all the albums to really hear systems sound and get use to it and prob like one more over the others

The first album is way better, then steal this album.

Steal This Album was new a unique, just something that i didnt expect SOAD to do, but none the less this a good album :thumb:

Same here. It does get old after the first 2 years. I still enjoy playing their songs though.

I think SOAD are a great band and Toxicity is one of my favorite albums I have, I thought Forrest, Arials and science where prolly my favs out of the cd. I think Pogo is ****.en mad aswell. Steal this album is also great aswell, all three of SOAD's albuls are really different. Also does anyone know when tnhey are goin to release another album?

But besides that, i dont know why you people dont like them live. Its not as good as the album, but its still good! Listen to when they played spiders live on conan, THaT WAS AWESOME! better than the album version. If you wanna hear it you can IM me.
