I should mention that Reflection 11 is also really really good, very off the typical Candiria path. Shoulda mentioned that in the review but I didn't want it getting to my Planet Of Ice review-sized proportions.

Reflection 11 and Icarus Syndrome are both tied for my favourite songs from the album.

Mine go to "The Sleeper", "It Begins With A Splinter", and "Icarus Syndrome". Whole album is pretty great though

Genuine is the only "bad" track for me, although it's still tolerable. Pretty sure they could've just left it out though.

Yeah, probably the weakest track next to Legion. Genuine is pretty much just "Album Closer" track but I do like that epic lead riff in it. If anything Omaha Nights is kinda just tacked on there, being an improvised live track.

Great album but still lacks the punch that 300 Percent Density has. And the crappy, alternative radio moments are still there dammit.

I can see that in Sirens, but where else? That's the only blatantly poppy track, and even then not as overt as WDKY

A few scattered choruses throughout (can't remember off-hand) but the album is pretty solid. Glad they could incorporate the clean vox from Whatever Doesn't Kill You... and still maintain the mathcore intensity of 300 Percent Density.

They're putting out Toying With The Insanities III in a month or two, supposedly going to have new material on it. If you want I & II hit me up and I'll up them

I was meaning to ask, how are those two EPs they released? Are they easy to find or did you receive promotional copies?

They're on iTunes and Amazon, and you can get the physical's from LaMacchia's label. They're pretty awesome as far as remixes go, lots of different takes on old material with contributions by Dub Trio, Edgey, Kayo Dot, Budzy, Ben Weinman from DEP, Dalek, and some others.

Brand new album coming out March 2012ish according to John LaMacchia, and Ken Schalk is on board too. They've all said it will be VERY reminiscent of 300 Percent/Process... color me excited as fuck

Years later this is still a personal favorite of mine. While You Were Sleeping is a rather logical continuation of what they did here, albeit a more refined and straightforward take on it.
