There is a mistake in the second paragraph
"Lights's"
If a name ends in an "s", then it's still appropriate to add the " 's " at the end to show possession. Of course, you would never see "Lights's" to show possession because it's a plural noun and not a name, thus normally being "Lights' " but since it is a name in this context, I had to put "Lights's".
Isn't the English language a tricky son of a gun?

I'm thinking of purchasing the album (along w/Muse's, "The Resistance" and maybe Metric's "Fantasies" too) sometime this week after sampling it through uTorrent. I have this love-and-hate relationship with the Pop genre and I think it's not that bad although I do see the repetitious lyrical-inspirations in there. But when I think of it, I remember Britney Spears' debut from '99 and it's so one-sided. That's hardcore Pop right there, to me Lights seems more of a promising talent. She co-wrote this whole thing and had a big part in it even the art cover. Did Britney even contributed anything in her first release? I could care less about the image (that's something both the artists share here) but I think I'm inclined to give this one on Lights cause' I also dig electronica stuff (in this case, she's Synthpop?) than the conventional Pop sound.
