doesnt matter ~who actually made~ the music, it's that the postal service is an electronic project, and gibbard (and dntel, of course) are behind it.

^ Same sound essentially, minus the shit-tons of terribly done Auto-Tune on this album, and the good Gibbard lyrics.
I liked this on the first listen, now I can't sit through more than 20 seconds of a song. The instrumentals are the only real plus, they're really well-done and well produced. But... the vocals are 18 shades of AWFUL. Ripping off Ben Gibbard's vocal style, rescuing a terrible vocal performance with copious amounts of Auto-Tune, childish, repetitive lyrics (STOP WITH THE OCEAN IMAGERY). I don't want to hear about "his pals that live in the oceans and the seas." The guy's from MINNESOTA. Trust me, I live there too. Lake Superior =/= oceans.
