I kinda thought this might be ok but its not. It really is kinda gay/bad. I like there first album at least 12 years ago I did.....oh well. Good review.

Sounds like something a college kid would put in to impress a chick and instead find himself in the friend zone like a gay friend zone even....fail.

I'm about 3 songs in and so far this review is pretty spot on. Lots of good ideas here, but they just aren't developed enough to be as memorable as the first 2 3eb albums.
Damn, this Bonfire song is pretty great though...

Blue is an excellent album. I think the self-titled has better individual songs, but Blue is the better album as a whole.

I love this album. The only other 3eb CD I've listened to is the first but I see no reason why this album is inferior to it in any way. It's quite a bit different, but in a good way. Theres more variety in the songs, I think.

FoGownz, if you loved this, listen to Blue. You'll probably be ecstatic. The problem with this cd, though, is because the three previous albums they've released are SO close to perfection. They had a good amount of kickass and a good amount of sensitivity.
Ursa Major is definitely a great keepup, but there are songs on it that could've been left out of their collection. Still great, though.
EDIT: foxxxy, still haven't rated this?

This is a better album than I intially thought. There are 5 or 6 very good tracks on here to make up for the mediocre songs. Third Eye Blind definitely still has it.

How has noone mentioned out of the vein yet? If you haven't listened to it yet it's personally my favorite album by one of my favorite groups. Specifically blinded, faster, crystal baller, wake for young souls which is one of my favorite introspective songs that steven has written

Out of the Vein was good but its probably the weakest of the 3eb albums.

Maybe, but only because the other 2 are insanely great.

I was really disappointed by 3eb's new album. First four tracks are great, but after that most of the songs arn't really for me. Many wordy lyrics and most of the songs sound a bit the same.

Yeah I've noticed that too. Lots of same-sounding. But I really like the style so it doesn't bother me too much. But when the songs come up on shuffle I often can't name the song before the chorus aside from Can You Take Me, Don't Believe a Word, Bonfire, and It's About to Break

Wow if you named Sharp Knife that would basically sum up my favorites from the album.

First 4 songs are amazing, then the disaster called One in Ten happened...

It's getting bigger and wider.
I'm a megacollider when I take you.
