I loved this first listen, but I can definitely see how people wouldn't like this. I should probably give Concealed another listen soon, maybe i'll appreciate it more.

yea, i didn't like this first listen either...the music seemed too busy but as time went on it just got better and better...still listen to jupiter to ignite like every day...

Love the bass in this album. Definitely going to settle on either a 3.5 or a 4. I don't see it ever being higher than a 4, though.

i'm actually starting to like the vocals now; but i didn't like some of it especially in tracks like Sovereigns Unknown. Favourite track is definitely Oversee the Rebirth.

if you're not a fan of the vocals that much, id say check out Concealed (their first album)...there's still a bunch of pretty brootal lines but there's a heavy female vocal presence and his growls on that are a little less off-putting...oversee the rebirth is my second favorite...

Oversee the Rebirth is my favorite too, but Sovereigns Unknown is probably my second or third along with Jupiter to Ignite. Idk they're all fucking great.

I dont like the production used here, imo Concealed is a lot better.

Can someone tell me what band this sounds similar to? I have only listened to one one song from their old album and it was unique.

Think this has become the album of the year for me, it's so fucking good.

And honestly man, I can't think of anyone that really sounds like these guys. With that said, their sound isn't anything particularly new/unique, but no band that i've heard really sounds like them either.

i totally agree with how unique these guys are. i mean, 7 minute death metal songs are common as hell but they just don't seem to sound like any of the songs these guys do.

Favorite track is Orphans of Living. Those clean vocals sound like the old Darkane vocalist.

Haven't given this album a full listen yet (seems like this album drags on quite a bit). I also hate
how overproduced the drums are.

Faith Puppeteers and Brimstone Landscapes are marginally weaker than the rest of the album but the other 7 tracks are ridiculous.
