The alum that introduced me to Candlemass, and what a great introduction it was. Has that hauntingly doom metal tradition alongside providing a gloomy, dull atmosphere which could only be created from the sometimes sorrowful, sometimes menacing vocals. Not quite as stunning as the band's first two albums, but it still has its glorious moments.
