The vocals are pretty good here, and this is a fun album if you dig Exodus and other thrash acts. The vocalist sounds a lot like Rob Dukes so that might be slightly dividing.

War Without End was a beast of an album and a really good modern thrash record, but with Waking Into Nightmares Warbringer uped the ante something awesome. One of the better thrash revival acts out there for sure.

i agree, this band is pretty talented and they write some good songs, but I don't see them ever

I fucking love Waking into Nightmares, and I think the album has a few modern thrash classics, like Living in a Whirlwind (an incredible thrash song if I ever heard one) and Prey For Death (those riffs stay in your head for months). I know some may not agree with me, but Worlds Torn Asunder was awesome and kicks ass, but this album is their masterpiece and I doubt they will top it. They are still one of my very favorite thrash revival acts!
Also, as a drummer, I love Nic Ritter's drumming here. It's orgasmic in Nightmare Anatomy and awesome in every song. The new drummer is more boring imo, Nic was very unique.
