and to Ballstothewall i agree, Cradle of Filth isnt black metal anymore, but they are the FACE of black metal, whether they truely apply or not. Most non black metal listeners think of Cradle when they think black metal. That was my reasoning for saying that. But anyways thank you for saying my review was descriptive because thats exactly what i was going for.

but its better then just being one of those people who dont like them just because, without even giving them a fair listen.

Yeah Cradle definitely aren't as serious as some black metal bands are. They incorporate a lot of black humor into the music.
