Enjoyable read, agree with rating.Spanglish is a word and doesn't need quotation as if u were explaining slang. Regarding an early post this is not a case of hit or miss for people Its a solid hit with miss's embedded in it. There's no place for off key grating saxophone embellishment. Although as a followup to the praised De-Loused it might have been all a part of trying to keep the band a little less assessable to a main stream audience..?

Good review. I agree with pretty much all of your points. Whenever those empty spaces come up they just kill my buzz whenever I'm listening to this record. Admittedly this is my only TMV album so I don't have anything of thiers to compare this to.

to capricious...spanglish does need quotes because it is not literal spanglish...spanglish is like calling a tv a tvo or such...cedric, tho he makes mistakes, is actually singing in spanish at times and english at times
