Thekmanes has two pairs of lips.

first of all i find a band hard to be infinitely better than other bands when honestly all of their songs sound the same. they might as well be attack attack with their infinitely gay unoriginal cover song (at least attack attack did it before them.) and i by no means think attack attack is good.

second of all they do use breakdown after breakdown with their infinately boring song live love die. go ahead check it out.

third of all when i saw them live i didnt happen to see infinitely good keys... as a matter of fact i didnt see them at all. they just pushed play on the computer. they couldnt even do that right come to think of it.

love this band. ramin was the one who actually talked me into buying my guitar. I got their john hancocks on the voyage poster before they got signed and pretty big, so that's kinda a cool feeling.

Rise Records having a post-hardcore band that doesn't suck is like MTV having good TV shows: 9 times out of 10, it doesn't happen. indeed the taste of regret is albums strongest song. as most people realize their are only 3 new songs iirc on this release (the rest are re-recordings of the 2007 "voyage" cd ep.



oddly enough my least favorite track was "live love die" which by chance was my fav. from their earlier release. it sounds like they turned the keyboards WAY down for the track, which kinda made the song dull..

anyway, all in all i love this new in fear and faith cd even moar then the last (even if its more of the same from the EP instead of a brand spanking new cd) i recommend this to fans of: here i come falling, burden of a day, a day to remember, attack attack!, catherine, august burns red, the devil wears prada, still remains, etc. and those also happen to be some of my favorite bands as well =]

I'll be picking this up. I listened to Voyage on the way home from school and I remembered how much I enjoy it.

Hmm not really agreeing with your recommended tracks, id go for Taste of Regret and Relapse Collapse, also Live Love Die, too bad it kinda went a lil bit less good from the EP to this one.
About telle tyler and stuff, he sounds good on the record, but his live performance is terrible.
I would have mentioned the guest vocals tho (Craig Owens, and Jerry McKinnon).

Good album tho.
