CD's at FYE are like $20 and the selection is shit
they jacked up their online prices too so I never buy from them now unless I have a gift card

lol and if you think their CD prices are bad, check out the DVD section.
Could never get into Rotting Christ's older stuff, Theogonia's sound appealed to me so much I couldn't really feel this.

Thanks for the comments.
When I try to edit the review my explorer doesnt allow the page to load. I think I know what the problem is but unfortunatelly it will take some time for me to edit it. Till then whoever reads this will go through the annoying parts.
BTW is FYE like a music store or something? It sounds expensive. I found in a shop where I live a double disk with Blackwater Park + Deliverance for 12 euros (more or less 12 bucks as well). I guess I'm lucky
|
| |
Deliverance alone cost me 12.50 (and it only cost me that cause i bought 2 cds at 2 for 25$, otherwise it wouldve been more)
|
| |
FYE doesnt seem so bad to me. Went on their website and it didnt look like it was that expensive.

The FYE where I live has a decent selection, but not good enough to make me buy anything from there. I just get my shit online.

i listened to the title track and it was pretty promising, maybe i'll check this out
idk if its just me or what but this doesn't have too much black metal in it, other than the vox. still good listen though

Its still black metal, but they mixed in a lot of gothic metal on this album.

So, they're like Graveworm. I hate to bring up labeling, even as cool as "dark metal" but that's what I would consider these guys. The vocals are kind of blackened but that's about it.

Yeah this album sounds similar to something Graveworm would do.

You shouldn't have to type out the name. When you click the "edit my reviews" link on your profile page, the following page should start with the heading "Edit Your Reviews:". Below that your reviews should just be listed and you just click on the one you want to edit. Try clearing your cache and cookies and restarting the browser. Alternately, try a different browser (instead of IE try Firefox or Safari, etc) just to see if it is a browser issue. This Message Edited On 01.03.09

Working my way through their discog. Their albums are so consistent and melodic with a high replay value.

My favorite RC album. I enjoy listening to this album even though I'm not into black metal. It's very soulful.

I could never get into these guys. They were always kind of boring to me.

The previous two albums are way better than this one, still some songs like "Ira Incensus" are awesome.

I think I stopped with them a little after this release, but I've heard songs from just about every album.
