lol what ripping off ambient albums...like what? I listen to lots of ambient, this just wasn't as high as the reviewer expressed at all. This is decent, a pretty good ambient effort from NIN since Reznor hasn't delved into anything like this at such length. Only small tracks here and there could be warranted as such on past albums. Ghosts is too lengthy in my opinion and suffers. The first few tracks are excellent.

It's The Flashbulb, not The Lighthouse dude - not unless you're joking or there's actually another artist who released an album with the same name.

This album gets boring after a while and I can't listen to it from front to back. It's not bad as background sound though.

Album is too long and bloated, but has some moments of real beauty. Works best listened to as 4 seperate albums, rather than a whole. Just listening to one or two of them really makes it work.

It's background music, there's no denying that, but it's some of the best background music I've ever heard. Perfect music for daydreaming and cloudy afternoons.
Year Zero has a higher average rating than this, good lord

I love it. Good ideas presented in a unique way, impressive considering the time limit Reznor placed on himself.
