triggers are annoying as fuck, that aside the album's fairly solid, but they'll never top scepter.

I definitely don't like this album as much as I wanted to. I absolutely loved 'Isle of Dienchantment', but every release after has disappointed me in one way or another. Bummer.

The newer vocalist pales in comparison to Chalky.

This album is really good... And I like even vocals, especially those deep low growls here and there.

The drum sound is awful on this album, almost to the point of being unbearable.

From the review:
"Let’s get the negatives out of the way…there are a couple noticeable detractors from the music, the most obvious being the ambient moments/industrial sampling."
I actually really enjoy those breaks between the songs. I think they fit.
"The drum sound is awful on this album, almost to the point of being unbearable."
Immortal Army of One is one of the first dm songs I've ever heard and I LOVED the drum sound. I think the drums over all are fine on this album.
Vocals range between good and band on this album for sure.

Yah drums are great. I don't love this as much as Symbols of Failure and ESPECIALLY Sceptors, but it's still a fun time.

Their first two are top tier forever. I can't get into Symbols of Failure whatsoever.

I was really disappointed with Symbols when it first came out because of how much I adored Sceptors, but now it's my third favorite by a pretty substantial margin. I pretty much only listen to those 3 consistently while occasionally veering off into other albums like this one.
