Southern Weather was pretty fun, I like the Amazing Grace song.

Gonna throw this out there. I love this ep. And Channing, i love all your reviews, except this, I generally agree with you, except on this. This is far from average in my opinion (which is a strong christians opinion). Perhaps specifically to your comments on 'Dirty', amazing, i feel it shows the potential and competence of Aarons song writing (as an acoustic artist) to make both versions work

I do think this ep shoudn't have been put out under the banner of 'The Almost', maybe Aaron Gillespie, considering now he has a project titled that.

I do tend to convince myself i like something until i do just because i love the artist, but not in this case i don't think. (Sorry for the poor grammar, it's 2am in Aus)

A couple of decent acoustic cuts, a couple of reworked (NOT for the better) songs from 'Southern Weather', and an interesting version of 'Little Drummer Boy'. That's pretty much it for this average, but not necessarily bad, 5 track EP. Considering the 2 slower cuts from 'Southern Weather' were rather strong, one could have expected this more relaxed batch of songs to be a little better. As it stands though, it is simply a time filler. Recommended Tracks: Amazing Because It Is & Your Love Is Extravagant.
