I believe that was a Guitar World interview, Captain. I did read it.

"My neighbor across the street for the past 12 years of my life has OCD and every day he has to turn Back in black on or highway to hell, switches every other day. he blasts it on a fat stereo and edges his lawn..."
Pissing off the neighbors, while blasting loud rockin' music, is all part of the fun! xD

There was news footage of morons lining up at record stores first thing in the morning on the news over the weekend, all waiting to buy this.
I felt sorry for them.

Opener and first single "Rock N' Roll" does little to console such apprehensions.
It's "Rock N' Roll Train".
As much as I love AC/DC, I still don't wanna listen to it... I already know it'll let me down.
Nice review, by the way.

Anyone seen that whole bullsh|t about them refusing to put the album on iTunes?
|

Pretty poor review for a staff member. I'm shocked at the ratings for this album, nobody knows how to enjoy a solid rock 'n' roll album... all we got here are prog freaks that can't take anything basic... shit site.

I think it's a smart move. That way people will continue buying their albums as a whole rather than just two, three, or four songs at a time. They are an album band, not a singles band.
More than anything though, they put on kick-ass live performances...can't wait to see 'em in November!
Rebb, if you love AC/DC so much, you should check it out; this new album sounds like their early Johnson-era stuff. Brendan O'Brien did an excellent job with the production of this new album. This Message Edited On 10.21.08

Their best in years,I like it.

Well, not many people (even AC/DC haters) would deny that they are good live. I think that's the only reason they put out new albums, so they can go around and tour them. Otherwise, they might as well have left out the majority of the 80's and called it quits in terms of writing after The Razor's Edge.

I just love the title track. Why does nobody mention it? (except for Mike, that is)

The review has some messy wording but it's not bad. For me, this is better than a 2. Paris Hilton's Paris was a 2.

I don't really care, I pretty much stopped listening to AC/DC after Bon died and even though I have listened to all their Albums their best release to date is imo "If you want blood, you've got it".
Amen.

Album still sounds pretty good. Though my opinion about it hasn't changed a bit. Gets a bit boring towards the end though.
