So I read the review now. It was good, but i don't really agreed with some of it's point. The band was better before this, and a person that liked the first album won't nessesarily like this one, i think they will loose lots of old fans with this.

I just saw your Recommended Albums... I seriously hope you don't think Lover's Requiem is as bad as this. I liked that album a lot, grew on me very very much.

Man, as much as I wanted this to be a good record it just wasn't at all. The Flood and the title track are really the only memorable ones here, at least memorable in a good way. And yeah Reddannihilation, the verses in track 2 do sound similar to "Pretty Handsome Awkward."

I cant help but feel the people rating this album so low are doing it out of a sense of nostalgia for the old ETF sound. This album is amazing and varied in my opinion and really DOES NOT sound like anything else out there!
