This really is an epic record. When I discovered Evergrey, this was their latest release and I had no problems with it whatsoever. When Kingdoms Fall, Fear, and Numb are all phenomenal tracks

I like that during this period the band's music isn't as sparkly as their last couple of album. It's pretty raw, but I also wish the production wasn't so heavily compressed. It feels suffocating.

I’m 3.5 years late responding Omar, but yes it does. This is honestly a pretty solid album, it just isn’t reinventing the wheel in anyway.
