lol.
He is probably going to comeback.

Probably. I think he had to be the most annoying user ever on this site, and in a completely unfunny way.

Spot on review. They lost what little spunk they had when their old vocalist left. This guy is just not capable of belting out some passionate tunes like 'These Backs Were Made For Stabbing' and '309.' And when an already generic band looses what little edge they had, you have some increasingly mediocre stuff.

^ Right on. But I didn't like Relativity very much, sad to say.

^A 3 is where I'd put it too. Nice to see another pop punk fan haha, we are few here in this Sputnikian world.

Although I'm sure this genre is beginning to all sound the same these guys have catchy songs which separate them from the rest. The fact that I can remember most of the lyrics from most of the songs even when I haven't listened to it an outrageous amount of times is awesome. "Drop The Girl", "Say What You Wanna Say" and "Tell Me Where You Are" are among my favorites.

I don't understand. Does every band HAVE to have a legendary instrumentalist or else they're not good? This is pathetic. Write some good reviews and get some lives.

Personally i kinda like them, but thats just cuz i have a weird love for pop punk hah
BUT, even as far as pop punk goes, these guys aren't very good.
Which is sad because their first cd was pretty damn good. it had a nice, "new found glory influence" sound to it.
o well. 2.0 it is

Well lets see.. the review is pretty dang good. and nobody said the band isn't good, they just said they fit into the pop punk stereotype too much.. which is absolute truth.
they are generic, anybody could tell ya that.
ok, that said, YOU my friend are one of those assholes who rates everything "5!"
Your rating is like prostitutes cooch, really loose and has bad taste.

Following the departure of nasally lead vocalist Colin Ross, Ohio quintet Hit The Lights return a changed outfit on their 2nd LP 'Skip School, Start Fights'. With the smoother voice of guitarist Nick Thompson now out front, the band adjust their sound from flat out pop-punk to more of a power-pop style. The resultant slick production removes some of the raw enthusiasm of the outfit & indistictively places them amongst a large pack, but there is a maturity & immediacy here which ultimately makes this front-loaded album the superior release over their debut. Recommended Tracks: Drop the Girl, Breathe In & Wide Awake.

The album is incredible, but as for me, it's better not to skip school, even if something doesn't work out for you. I have been using music for concentration and service Essay Assist for writing better for a long time. So listen to good music and work on yourself and everything will be fine. Thanks a lot to the author.
