Pretty good review. I do agree that the album does seem to drag on. Especially on the songs that they didn't put up on their myspace. However, machines is a nice change of place and awesome, might i add.

The old album is still better. The new vocals aren't that great compared to the first album. Still a good cd though.

The singer on Everything Perfect On The Wrong Day is Brack Cantrell and like TheHammerVsTheNail said he's doing his own thing called Balance Problems. His also has an out of date myspace music page with some of his older stuff for download.
I also noticed that Jerry, from my knowledge, NEVER sings "Patterns" and "She Is Just A Glitch" probably the most loved songs on EPOTWD. Maybe he doesn't have the vocal range like Brack has to sing/scream those songs.

Photographic Memory was the song I waited for and it delivered, there are some other great songs like The Artificial. Liked this a lot better than their first outing.

I really like the album. I definitely like them more live. I saw them with This or the apocalypse, a skylit drive, greeley estates, and august burns red and I definitely think they played the best.

I take back what I said. As a matter of fact, this album is far better than I originally thought. Machines is a great song/jam, and 'Transparent' is actually probably my favourite on the album.
The only thing that could have been done better is the production, it sounds a bit .. flat? I.e. The vocals could have done with a bit more character, and they could have brought the electronic side to the music a bit further forward in the mix.

Good review.
Probably one of my favorite bands at the moment. I respectfully disagree that "Introduction" is unnecessary. I was instantly drawn into the music when I first listened thanks to that segment of music. I think it's badass, for lack of a better term.

The Reviewer's summary hits it right on the head. A "good" album that isn't discomforting to listen to, but it doesn't invoke anything really amazing. Not something I'd waste space in my 32Gig on.

great album, but the mixing is odd; to much focus on drums and vocals, considering the guitars and especially the electronics are really shining throughout the album.
