solid album. i saw these guys live opening for funeral for a friend and they were awesome. "My Darkest Hour" rules. Probably the best song to listen to to get you pumped for something.

i like this band, but there is something weird about their mix. i dunno what it is, its hard for me to put my finger on it. the guitars seem to quiet, at the same time they are definitely audible. the guys voice is awesome, but at the same time, it seems a little too forced at points. ah well, the album is still good.

This is a great album, I disagree with Bright Side of Suffering though. I thought that was a highlight of the album, the lyrics are well written. Good album overall though, imo

The keyboard sound is horrible in the most parts, can't stand it. I really like the songs "The City Sleeps In Flames" and "Empty Glasses" though.

I've only heard 'The Only Medicine' and it's pretty good.

meeeh. Not the worst thing I've heard. a little too cookie cutter screamo for my taste. maybe back in college, errr, make that high school.

seem like good songwriters, just not my thing. Plus that keyboard.... lame.

it is, and they are worse live. Why the hell did they tour with Anberlin? To piss people off?

they put on a good show when i saw them, and they arent as bad as youd like us to think

I will never ever be able to get this cd out of my head, and that is a good thing. "The Only Medicine" has some great guitar work in it that I actually use to warm myself before I play my guitar all of the time. I think another one of my personal favorites on the cd is "Faith In The Knife", it sends chills down my spine.

this album was great, the song The City Sleeps In Flames was my favourite song for like a year, It took me awhile too get into this CD, but now It's played heaps
