brocks clean vocals are too rare to pass on though this album i find just does not have the staying power.
after a few months its not that memorable.but i still dig brocks singing.

This album sucks hard. If anything get Snowcapped Romance. That was when the band was worth a damn. His screaming and singing were still very engaging and unique for the metalcore genre. This Message Edited On 10.17.08

Maybe a 2 at best but you have no idea how dissapointed I was with the last two albums, most in particular this. I fell in love with A Snowcapped Romance in 04 and haven't let go of it since. I still think it's one of the finest metalcore albums released in this decade but it's a real shame the band blew their potential for Ferret Records. Fuck.

ah i see. i never really fell in love as such with a snowcapped romance and their other older stuff. i just thought it was pretty good (no more than a 3.5 though).

These guys are laughably awful live.
|
| |
I didn't think they were too bad tbh. Seen much worse.

The singer was annoying.
GUYS COME ON GET PUMPED UP COME ON GUYS COME ON
And also, his singing sucked.

I really like this album, its not as good as Rest Inside the Flames but its still great.
|

Personally...this is my favourite album by them (guess that's not the general consesus lol)
"Back Harlow Road" deserves a listen. It's awesome. The opening riff of "When Distance is the Closest Reminder..." is really good too.

36 Crazyfists would be more than brave to try out for an acoustic record. It is a great idea. I don't see it happening, though.

I don't see why everyone is hating on this album so much. I agree that its not as good as a snow capped romance or rest inside the flames. But it still is a damn good effort from a great band. Vast and Vague is like ecstasy This Message Edited On 02.05.09

"The All Night Lights" sets you up for something great, and the album delivers. Though there isn't another song that hits as hard, they all compliment each other well. You don't get great in one dose, it's spread out over the entire album so you find yourself at the end happy that you bought it in the first place.
