Album Rating: 3.5 | Sound Off

While I've heard these guys are great live (I've yet to get a chance to see them) this album is not the best representation of their full sound.

Unfortunately, the mixing detracts from the experience--but the talent is still there. Just listen closer.

good review, and I agree with the production comments. The drums should have been turned up a smidge. Map of the Problematique is oddly one of my favorites and it just isn't the same on the live dvd or CD....

Everyone who saw Muse before they started playing stadiums will know they are now the most dissapointing band ever.



Saw them at Wembley stadium on the black holes tour. Was probably the worst concert I've ever been too, was just a light show + terrible sound.

Incredible show. Pretty good setlist as well.

Does anyone know the name of the string piece that plays during the credits at the end?

muse were greatest around the absolution album for live performance. them playing on 19/12/2004 at earls court was the greatest gig i've ever been to.

Yet to get this, but the setlist is a bit disappointing. Cut out Starlight, SBH and Invincible and add Hyper Music, Citizen Erased and some Showbiz stuff

Showbiz is easily their worst album.

Black Holes is, but Showbiz is second.

I have heard the cd of HAARP a few times, but am yet to watch the DVD for some stupid reason. The CD was a little disappointing, then again I was expecting pure perfection. Best live gig I have ever been to was Muse a few years back at Festival Hall.
