Awesome album by one of the fathers of thrash; love the dip into Death Metal on one of the tracks.

I just read an interview with the vocalist and he is saying that they're sticking to a similar sound/style for their upcoming album. This was good because it was a return to their roots (and it had Alex in it), but I don't think another album of the same is the way to go. It's time for them to branch out... I'm worried that the next album will be a disappointment.

These guys are absolutely underrated, they've been around for as long as Metallica have but haven't quite got the popularity they deserve. This is a great thrash album, solid from beginning to end.

Pretty awesome album, Chuck earns my vote for the best vocalist in thrash. The Persecuted Won't Forget is awesome.

Skolnick's playing was much more expressive and had more identity when he was younger

He just got back into this style of music. I'll wait until the next album to judge.

Personally, I prefer James Murphy's guitar playing.

Yeah, but the dude disappeared for a long time and no one knew why -- we know now, obviously, but still.

Testament are going to be touring with Anthrax, Death Angel and Overkill. That should kick ass.

I only listen to Testament out of those that you mentioned. That being said, I'd really love to see these guys play.

In my opinion their best record after Practice What You Preach.

More Than Meets the Eye is metal as f***.

Good to hear Alex again.

Great comeback. Great record.
